Why Silver Maple Residence?
Silver Maple Residence is a care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota. We are a licensed assisted living facility serving ages 18 and up, registered through the state of Minnesota, and affiliated with Crow Wing Country Social Services.
Silver Maple Residence consists of two separate assisted living facilities offering similar services for different stages of life.
- Independent Assisted Living Residence - This facility has 28 beds serving 18 years and older. It was built in 1999 and opened its doors in 2000. Learn more about our independent assisted living services.
- Assisted Living Residence - This facility has 20 beds serving the elderly 65+ and was built in 1996. Learn more about our assisted living services.
Both of our homes are built to provide our residents with independent living and quality care. We maintain highly qualified staff to ensure that each resident receives personalized care to match their individual needs.

Our goal is to provide a safe home, and caring supervision with gentle assistance. Independent living is encouraged as much as possible. We take great pride in serving those who need 24 hour assistance in activities of daily living, medications, homemaking, health care and transportation. We provide specialized care to ensure a high-quality environment for your loved one.
Assisted Living Residence
This residence consists of two homes with 10 private and semi-private rooms. Care is provided for those that require assistance of two with transfers.
